Pastoral Care Pastor
I am the Pastoral Care Pastor of New Hope Ministries, responsible to ensure our congregants are cared for, supported, and spiritually nurtured, especially in their most vulnerable moments. A leader in the church, my primary responsibility is to provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to members of the congregation, especially in need or crisis.
Visitation
Visiting the sick, elderly, hospitalized, or homebound members, I offer prayer, comfort, and companionship.
Counseling
Providing spiritual guidance and support for people facing grief, I counsel on marital issues, mental health struggles, or personal crises. While not a licensed counselor, I offer spiritual and pastoral guidance.
Crisis Care
Being present during emergencies like deaths, accidents, or sudden trauma, I offer immediate care and support.
Prayer and Support Ministry
Organizing prayer chains, I create and operate support groups for grief, divorce, addiction, et cetera, and offer one-on-one encouragement.
Funerals and Memorials
Planning and officiating services, I comfort grieving families, and offer post-loss support.
Encouragement and Connection
Reaching out to people who are struggling, disconnected, or new to the church, I help them feel seen and supported.
